Originally this detached garage beside a 14th Century thatched house used to store the classic car collection of the previous owner. The new owner chose to convert the garage into a stunning two bed annexe to the main house. Planning approval was achieved and a full refurbishment was undertaken. The South facing gable was fully glazed and a spiral staircase was installed. Structural glass was also added to the South bedroom floor to achieve more light penetration into the deep plan. This bedroom takes full advantage looking over rolling Kent countryside.
