This project involved the conversion of and end of terrace townhouse into four self contained flats with a new-build wing to the side. The careful rearrangement of side and basement allowed the two Ground Floor flats to maximise their outlook and potential.

A separate planning application was required to bring the two basement rooms into habitable space with new light wells created to the front and rear. The side wing, part of Flat 1 is double height with a gallery mezzanine space for a home office or second bedroom. The top flat incorporates a new dormer extension to the Second floor with generous en-suite facilities.
